🗣️ 06:00 PM – Expedition Briefing Meet your certified guide team at the lodge for a comprehensive briefing. We will review your 9-day itinerary, check your packing list, and discuss our strict "No Touch, No Feed" ethical wildlife guidelines.

🟡 DAY 2: Into the Wild Rainforest & Riverside Camp 1
🥞 08:00 AM – Breakfast & Trekking Commencement Enjoy a hearty breakfast before crossing the river boundary to enter the primary rainforest of Gunung Leuser National Park.
🦧 09:30 AM – Wild Orangutan Tracking Spend the day hiking beneath massive ancient trees. Your expert guide will track the critically endangered Sumatran Orangutan. You will also search for endemic Thomas's Leaf Monkeys, Pig-tailed Macaques, Gibbons, and exotic forest birds.
🍍 11:30 AM & 01:00 PM – Fruit Feast & Jungle Lunch Enjoy a vibrant, fresh tropical fruit break on a scenic ridge, followed by a traditional Indonesian lunch packed eco-friendly in banana leaves deep in the wild.
⛺ 04:00 PM – Arrival at Riverside Campsite 1 Arrive at our jungle camp next to a clean rushing river. Cool off with a swim while the camp crew sets up your tents and starts a cozy campfire.
🍲 07:00 PM – Candlelit Jungle Dinner Feast on a wonderful array of freshly cooked local dishes prepared by our camp chef over the open fire. Fall asleep to the therapeutic sounds of the rainforest.

🟡 DAY 3: Deep Jungle Exploration & Camp 2 (Hidden Waterfall)
☕ 08:00 AM – Gibbons Morning & Breakfast Wake up to the haunting songs of wild gibbons. Enjoy a fresh breakfast of pancakes and hot coffee or tea.
🥾 09:30 AM – Trekking the Untouched Core Pack your daypacks as we head even deeper into the national park, navigating pristine trails rarely seen by short-term tourists. Learn Jungle Survival Training: how to find clean water in wild vines and use medicinal plants.
🍱 01:00 PM – Deep Forest Lunch & Wildlife Watch Enjoy lunch near a hidden mountain creek, keeping your eyes open for wildlife drinking by the water.
⛺ 04:00 PM – Arrival at Campsite 2 (Secluded Streamside) Arrive at our second, highly secluded camp. Relax your muscles by swimming under a hidden jungle waterfall or a clean river pool.
🔥 07:00 PM – Campfire Feast & Star Gazing Enjoy another incredible hot dinner. Spend your final night in the jungle sharing stories and laughs around the crackling fire with your guide and crew.

🟠 DAY 4: River Tubing Adventure & Cultural Village Walk
🍳 08:00 AM – Final Jungle Breakfast Savor your final morning breakfast surrounded by the incredible sights and sounds of Sumatra's pristine wilderness.
🚣 10:30 AM – Exciting Jungle Taxi (River Tubing) Conclude your jungle trek with a thrilling ride! Hop onto our customized "Jungle Taxi"—fun river tubing down the exciting rapids of the Bohorok River straight back to your lodge in Bukit Lawang.
🚜 02:30 PM – Traditional Village Culture Tour In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxed ride on a traditional motorized Becak (local rickshaw) to explore the local countryside. Visit vibrant green rice fields, a local rubber tapping site, and a traditional home-cooked Tofu/Tempeh cottage industry.
🏡 Dinner & Rest Return to your lodge for dinner and a comfortable night's sleep in a real bed before our overland journey tomorrow.

🟠 DAY 5: Overland Journey to the Volcanic Highlands (Berastagi)
🚗 08:30 AM – Scenic Mountain Drive Check out of Bukit Lawang and board your private AC transport. We begin a spectacular overland journey ascending into the Karo Highlands, where the air becomes crisp and cool.
🍓 03:00 PM – Arrival in Berastagi & Local Markets Arrive in the breezy mountain town of Berastagi (approx. 1,300 meters above sea level). Check into your hotel and explore the famous Berastagi Fruit & Flower Market, bursting with fresh local passion fruit, strawberries, and local handcrafts.
⛩️ 04:30 PM – Taman Alam Lumbini Golden Pagoda Visit Taman Alam Lumbini, a stunning, massive golden Buddhist pagoda that is a magnificent replica of the Shwedagon Pagoda in Myanmar, surrounded by manicured gardens. Enjoy an early dinner and rest before tomorrow's night climb.

🔴 DAY 6: Mount Sibayak Volcano Sunrise Trek & Hot Springs
🌋 04:00 AM – Early Morning Sunrise Ascent Wake up early for an unforgettable adventure! Grab your headlamps as we begin our guided night hike up Mount Sibayak (2,212m), an active volcano. The climb takes about 1.5 to 2 hours along a steady path.
🌅 06:00 AM – Golden Sunrise & Volcanic Crater Exploration Reach the volcanic crater peak just as the sun rises over the horizon, painting the highland landscape in spectacular shades of gold and orange. Explore the geothermal crater floor, listen to roaring steam vents (fumaroles), and take incredible photos.
🛁 09:30 AM – Natural Thermal Hot Springs Descend the mountain and head straight to the base of the volcano to relax at the Lau Debuk-Debuk Natural Hot Springs. Soak your tired muscles in the warm, mineral-rich thermal pools.
🥞 11:30 AM – Highland Brunch & Rest Head back to the hotel for a delicious hot brunch. Spend your afternoon relaxing at your own pace, shopping for souvenirs, or resting.

🟠 DAY 7: Sipiso-piso Waterfall & Journey to Lake Toba (Samosir Island)
🚗 08:30 AM – Departure for the Great Lake Check out of Berastagi and drive further south through the highlands.
🌊 10:00 AM – Dokan Traditional Village & Sipiso-piso Waterfall Stop to visit Dokan, a traditional Karo Batak village, to view ancient tribal longhouses. Next, marvel at the breathtaking Sipiso-piso Waterfall, a magnificent 120-meter plume of water plunging into a gorge with panoramic views of Lake Toba.
🚢 02:00 PM – Lake Ferry Crossing to Samosir Island Arrive at Parapat harbor and board the local ferry crossing the deep blue waters of Lake Toba to Samosir Island—a massive volcanic island situated inside the lake.
🏝️ 03:30 PM – Lakeside Check-in Check into your beautiful lakeside resort in Tuk Tuk. Spend the evening enjoying the cool breeze, swimming in the lake, or relaxing by the water.

🟡 DAY 8: Samosir Island Cultural Tour & Exploration
🥞 09:00 AM – Batak Cultural Heritage Discovery Embark on a guided tour of Samosir Island. Visit Ambarita, an ancient Batak village famous for its 300-year-old stone chairs where tribal kings held councils and trials.
💃 11:00 AM – Tomok King's Tombs & Traditional Dance Visit Tomok to see the massive stone tombs of the ancient King Sidabutar and witness a traditional Tor-Tor cultural dance performance.
🛵 02:00 PM – Scenic Island Viewpoints & Relaxation Spend the afternoon exploring the sweeping island viewpoints, visiting local weaving villages making traditional Ulos cloths, or relaxing at a lakeside cafe. Enjoy a final celebration dinner overlooking Lake Toba.

🔵 DAY 9: Samosir Island to Medan / Airport Departure
🚢 08:30 AM – Ferry Return & Final Drive After breakfast and check-out, take the morning ferry back to Parapat harbor.
🚗 10:00 AM – Overland Drive to Medan Board your private AC vehicle for the return journey toward Medan via the new highway system, passing through Pematang Siantar and endless rubber/palm estates.
